Red lentil pasta

Our “Cavatappi” are made of red lentil flour from the upper part of “Tavoliere di Puglia” (Apulia). They are bronze drawn with slow drying and at low temperature. They have a very pleasant flavor and inviting aroma, this pasta is excellent for a diet richer in iron.
