Pea pasta

Description

Our “Cavatappi” are made of pea flour from the upper part of “Tavoliere di Puglia” (Apulia). They are bronze drawn with slow drying and at low temperature. This pasta has a refined flavor and delicate aroma and is excellent for a diet richer in proteins and fibre.
