Cereal soup

Di Nunzio cereal soup is created based on a recipe selected in a contest where more than 30 ladies expressed their appreciation for the various recipes presented. The bean soup is made up of pearl barley, pearl spelled and brown rice. In this way all three products cook at the same time and there is no difference in tasting on the palate. It can be used for summer and creative recipes and as a good substitute for pasta.
