1. Prices
Prices are expressed in Euros and include the Value Added Tax (V.A.T.) in force for the concerned product categories.
The total Price at the end of the order includes delivery charges but does not include any eventual customs duty and/or additional taxes on the sale, where required for exporting the goods to foreign countries. Any additional charges for customs clearance will be at the customer’s expense.

3. Force majeure
Di Nunzio Store is not responsible for the delay in fulfilling the obligations, pursuant to the Contract, if such delay is caused by circumstances beyond their reasonable control or due to force majeure.
