2. Delivery times
The “delivery time” (viewable in the previous table) consists of the time necessary for the courier to deliver the goods. For example, if the same order includes an item with a preparation time of 2 days and one of 5 days, the shipment will be made at two different times without extra shipping costs. Shipping times are indicative, in any case Di Nunzio Store will keep the customer updated by e-mail if the expected times are subject to significant delays.
3. Order Status
It is possible to check the shipment status from the day after the shipment. After the shipment, Di Nunzio Store will inform the customer via email: by clicking on the link included in the email, the customer can view the shipment status on Di Nunzio Store. Once the parcel has been given to the courier, the link above mentioned will be available on the “My orders” page: in this case, in order to check the order status (delivery date, etc.), the Customer should click on “My orders” and type their email address and password. In this way you will be able to view a list of your orders. By clicking on the link for the order, you will see all the details concerning the shipping status.
4. Failed delivery
If the items purchased are not delivered within the period specified in the order confirmation email, please check your order status by clicking on “My orders” to contact our customer service. We will check it with the competent delivery company.
